Halsey has had an amazing 2020 so far with her album Maniac, which was released January 17, debuting at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Albums chart and earning its platinum certification in February. The album is also the top-selling album by a female artist in 2020 to date.

Capital Music Group announced that Halsey has earned 50 million RIAA-certified units across her albums, singles, and features. Her 12 new certifications, some of which are from her most recent album, have helped her earn this milestone.

Halsey’s previous albums Hopeless Fountain Kingdom and Badlands have also reached new certification levels with three tracks from Hopeless Fountain Kingdom moving up in status. “Bad at Love” has reached platinum five times, “Now or Never” has reached three times, and “Walls Could Talk” has been awarded a gold certification.

“Without Me” has reached platinum status seven times and “You Should Be Sad” and “Graveyard” have reached platinum status.

Halsey’s collaborations with other artist have awarded her RIAA certifications like her features on Justin Bieber’s “The Feeling,” G-Eazy’s “Him & I,” and The Chainsmokers’ “Closer.” “Closer” was diamond certified by RIAA for selling over 10 million units in 2018 and it was nominated for a Grammy Award for best pop duo/group performance.
