Travis Scott and Kid Cudi collaborated on several occasions in the past, and one of their songs finally reached the top of the charts. The rappers’ latest single “The Scotts” debuted at no. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

“The Scotts” premiered during Scott’s recent virtual concert on Fortnite, which attracted 12.3 million players. This project proved as a great way to hype up this track, and it reached the top spot on the charts shortly after its release on April 24th.

Travis Scott previously hit the no. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with “Sicko Mode” and “Highest in the Room”. Kid Cudi only scored one top-five hit with “Day ‘n’ Nite”.

When it comes to the rest of the Hot 100 chart for this week, The Weeknd dropped to the no. 2 spot with “Blinding Lights”, and he was followed by Drake’s “Toosie Slide”. Megan Thee Stallion scored the no. 4 spot with her viral hit “Savage”, which is currently her career-best position on the chart.
