Shazam Unveils List of Most-Shazamed Songs in 2018

Every time we couldn’t remember the name of a song that caught our attention, Shazam was there to help us solve the mystery. The masterminds behind the popular app just dropped the list of the most-searched songs of 2018, and “Solo” by Clean Bandit and Demi Lovato made it to the top.

Shazam’s list is pretty fun to analyze since it doesn’t correspond with the rest of the year-end charts that we’ve seen in the last few weeks. It’s here to tell us which songs kept us puzzled in 2018 and made us go an extra mile to learn their name.

In addition to unveiling the list of the most-searched songs, Shazam also surprised us by naming the most popular tunes by genre. It featured a couple of chart-topping singles, including “Perfect” by Ed Sheeran and “Feel It Still” by Portugal. The Man.
