Hot Chip just released their new single “Hungry Child,” which is the band’s first songs in three years. To make things better, the English indie electronic band also announced they are releasing a new album, titled A Bath Full of Ecstasy, and will embark on a tour this summer.

The record, which will have nine new songs, is scheduled for release on June 2nd. It was produced by Philippe Zdar and Rodaidh McDonald and serves as a follow-up to their 2015’s release Why Make Sense?.

As part of the announcement, the band also shared a music video for “Hungry Child,” which was directed by Saman Kesh and stars Martin Starr (Freaks and Geeks) and Milana Vayntrub (This Is Us). Check it out below.

Following the release of A Bath Full of Ecstasy, Hot Chip will embark on a tour across North America, the United Kingdom, and Europe. The band’s first stop in the United States will be in early May, when they are scheduled to play in Brooklyn, Los Angeles, Pioneertown, and San Franciso. After that, they will have a trip around the UK and Europe through the summer before coming back to the US for a 13-shows run.
