“Roxanne” is currently in the top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100 and Variety confirmed that its singer-songwriter Arizona Zervas has been signed with Columbia Records.

The viral track was released on October 10 and it has nearly 50 million streams on Spotify and it topped the Spotify U.S top charts for a week, making Zervas the first unsigned artist to receive this in three years.

In addition to Spotify playlists, the song has had international fame as well, reaching playlists in Malaysia, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, and Japan.

Zervas released his first single “Don’t Hit My Line” in 2016 and in total he has released 30 songs.

Columbia Records also signed viral star Lil Nas X (“Old Town Road”) earlier this year.
