Say what you want about BTS, but they’re without a doubt the hottest K-pop group in the world right now. Individual members of this boy band are also going places – Jimin recently dropped his solo single Promise.
BTS fans were head over heels after he surprised them with new song just in time for a New Year. Jimin shared the song with his followers on Twitter and thanked them for being patient.
“Everyone, you’ve waited a long time, right? I finally shared my own song with the public. This is a song for me, as it is a song for you. It’s the first time and it is still premature but please enjoy it. Thank you for waiting, ARMY,” wrote the K-pop sensation.
Jimin previously served as solo singer on two tracks released by BTS – Lie and Serendipity. Promise still technically counts as his first non-album solo single, and we can’t wait to see what else he has in store.
