Young Thug has dropped a couple of pretty creative videos this year, including his exotic new video for “Chanel.” It’s the latest single from his compilation album Slime Language, and also features fellow rappers Gunna and Lil Baby.
Young Thug emerges with a giant snake around his head at the beginning of the video and things only get crazier from that point on. We later see the three rappers in the middle of Atlanta, but as the song picks up they end up roaming around a trippy forest. The trio has to make their way through moving branches and giant snakes slithering around them, as they progress through their hard-hitting verses. It’s quite a wild ride, but we wouldn’t expect anything less from these three hip-hop stars.
Young Thug, who came to prominence after being featured on Camila Cabello’s hit track Havana, dropped Slime Language back in August this year. It was met with favorable reviews and described as an endearing and ambitious record.
