Ticket passes for Weekend One of this year’s Coachella Music and Arts Festivals are already gone. It took only 40 minutes for revelers to snatch the tickets. Within the next six hours, tickets for Weekend two were already sold out.

Despite costing $429 and above, tickets for the three-day event were sold out barely one hour after they were made available for sale on Friday 11.am PST. The weekend two tickets didn’t take long to sell out as they had already been grabbed by mid-day Friday.

“Passes are no longer available,” Coachella announced on their official twitter account.

Coachella announced a star-studded lineup for this year’s festivities. Childish Gambino, Ariane Grande and Tame Impala are just some of the big names announced. Grande’s announcement was iconic, noting she will be the youngest female artist to headline the event. She will also be the fourth woman to take center stage at the event after performances by Lady Gaga, Bjork and Beyoncé.

This year, Coachella will gravitate towards more diversity at the event and featuring artists from all over the world. Japanese pop group Perfume, Korea’s BlackPink and Latin artists like Bad Bunny and J Balvin will perform.
