Details of Taylor Swift’s Netflix documentary have been kept secret since it was announced back in November, but it eventually got a release date and we’ll only have to wait for two more weeks to finally see it.

Taylor Swift: Miss Americana was titled after one of songs from the singer’s latest album and it will see the light of day at this year’s Sundance Film Festival on January 23rd. Netflix subscribers won’t have to wait for too long to see it either, since it’s set to premiere on January 31rd.

According to Netflix’s official logline, this documentary will offer a raw and emotionally revealing look at Swift’s life and career. It will follow the ten-time Grammy-winning artist “as she learns to embrace her role not only as a songwriter and performer, but as a woman harnessing the full power of her voice”.

Taylor Swift has a lot more in store for her fans in 2020. She’ll support her latest album with Lover Fest – her very first music festival tour, which will see her headlining a series of popular festivals, including Glastonbury.
