Slowthai is Bringing His British Rap to North America

The young British rapper Slowthai is making a trip across the pond to present his sharp, charged rap to the audience in the United States and Canada. The 24-year-old recently announced dates for his Coming to America tour, which is set to kick off in September.

Slowthai will tour in support of his debut album, Nothing Great About Britain, with the first stop on the trip being on September 4th in Los Angeles. He will then visit San Francisco, Vancouver, Seattle, Chicago, and Toronto before wrapping up the tour with a show in Brooklyn on September 14th.

Prior to the tour, the “Doorman” rapper is scheduled to perform a pair of date in Morrison’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre on August 6th and August 7th.

Slowthai started making a name for himself with a pair of mixtapes, 2017’s I WISH I KNEW and 2018’s RANT, which earned him inclusion into BBC’s Sound of 2019. He released his debut album on May 2019 and earned universal acclaim. The record also performed well on the charts and peaked on No.9 on UK Albums Charts.
