This has been a truly amazing week for Slipknot fans! After releasing their third no. 1 album, We Are Not Your Kind, members of the legendary band revealed they have much more in store.

While discussing their new record with Loudwire, Shawn “Clown” Crahan revealed they’re planning to release 11 outtakes from their critically acclaimed 2008 album All Hope Is Gone in the nearby future.

“We have a whole other album that four of us wrote when we did All Hope Is Gone… But it’s never been about just getting it out. It needs to be out when it’s right and by coming out during this album cycle people will even understand more what we’re doing on this album and what first led to it,” explained Crahan.

The band’s latest album We Are Not Your Kind hit the shelves on August 9th and it was met with critical and commercial acclaim. They’re currently busy promoting it with a world tour in North America, before heading to Oceania later this fall.
