Sabrina Carpenter’s new studio album is only a few weeks away, and we can’t wait to get a copy – especially after hearing her latest single. The young singer recently dropped an offbeat music video, which perfectly captures the lyrics of her new song “In My Bed”.

Hypnotic visual shows Carpenter struggling to leave the comfort of her pink-colored bedroom, as she jumps through a series of wild scenarios inside her head. She used this music video to capture the overwhelming thoughts and anxiety, which she often struggled with.

“In My Bed” is one of the songs set to be featured on her fourth studio album Singular: Act II, due to be released on July 19th, and it perfectly encapsulates the spirit of the entire record.

“It’s a clever play on words instead of saying, ‘I’m in my head about it’. The song is about one of those moments where life feels like a lot to deal with. We took that and turned it into something really fun and vulnerable,” she said in a statement.
