Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams recently celebrated her 31st birthday, and marked the occasion by sharing some amazing news with her fans. The singer announced she’s planning to drop some new solo material next year.

Williams took a moment on December 27th to thank everyone who wished her a happy birthday that day, and shared some amazing news with her Instagram followers.

“I’m putting out some music next year. With the help of some of my closest friends, I made something I’m going to call my own. It’s a really special project and you’ll get a taste of it in January,” Williams wrote.

Hayley Williams recorded most of her music with Paramore, but she worked on multiple hit tracks with other artists over the years.

Her most notable duet, “Airplanes,” featured rapper B.O.B and peaked at no. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Most recently, she collaborated with rock band American Football on their track “Uncomfortably Numb,” which came out this year.
