Here Are the Nominees for the 53rd Annual Academy of Country Music Awards

The list of nominations for the upcoming 53rd annual Academy of Country Music Awards has been revealed on Thursday. Chris Stapleton leads all artists with eight nominations including the ones for Entertainer of the Year (his first ever) and Male Vocalist of the Year while receiving Album of the Year nomination for his 2017’s release From A Room: Volume 1.

Trailing behind Stapleton is Thomas Rhett with six nominations, including the one for Male Vocalist of the Year, which he already won in 2017. Shane McAnally and Keith Urban each have five nominations.

Academy of Country Music Awards ceremony for 2018 will be held at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, on April 15th. Returning as a host for the 15th time is Reba McEntire.
