DJ and producer Marshmello just shared another preview of his upcoming album Shockwave. This time it’s the “short and sweet” track “Bad B***hes,” for which he used samples from various between-the-song shouts by rap superstar Megan Thee Stallion.

Thee Stallion’s stage chatter is used for a contagious chorus, helping the making of a classic Marshmello banger that aims to ramp up the energy at the clubs and parties.  Vocalist Nitti Gritti also contributed to the song.

Marshmello will release Shockwave, his fourth studio effort, on June 11th. The album will feature a number of guests, including rapper Juicy J and producers Carnage, PEEKABOO, and Eptic.

Marshmello previously shared Carnage collab “Back in Time” and Eptic team-up “Hitta” as the first two singles from Shockwave. He also released a number of non-album singles in 2021, including “Leave Before You Love Me,” on which he joined forces with the Jonas Brothers.

Megan Thee Stallion is gearing up for the release of the single “Thot Shit.” The song, which arrives on Friday, marks her first new music since she presented her debut record Good News back in November.

In the meantime, The Stallion contributed to works by other artists, including Lil Baby, Maroon 5, and Bobby Sessions.
