Maren Morris is one of many artists who postponed their concert tours in 2020, and it doesn’t seem like she’ll hit the road any time soon. After the initial delay, she decided to cancel her RSVP Tour altogether and focus on working on new music.

Morris announced her decision on social media and said it felt best to take this step because it’s still uncertain if she’ll be able to do the tour next year.

“With the prospect of, yet again, rescheduling half of the dates already becoming a reality, I have decided to cancel the RSVP Tour … I am in the midst of working on my third record, so I hope we can all come together and enjoy live shows safely again soon,” wrote Morris.

Despite the delay of her tour, 2020 has been a pretty fruitful year for the country star. She received a Grammy nomination for the best country song for “The Bones”, in addition to winning three trophies at this year’s CMA Awards, including song of the year.
