Karol G rocked our world with her latest studio album Mañana Será Bonito and its follow-up is just around the corner. She announced the release of Mañana Será Bonito (Bichota Season), which serves as the companion piece to her chart-topping fourth studio album.
Karol G teased the album’s release with a 30-minute clip on social media, which shows her drawing the album artwork using grains of black and pink salt. She captioned the video by writing, “This tour wouldn’t be the same without the end of this story” and revealed that Bichota Season will hit the shelves on August 11.
This LP serves as a companion piece to her fourth studio album Mañana Será Bonito, which was released back in February. It debuted atop the Billboard 200 chart, becoming the first all-Spanish language album by a woman to do so.
Mañana Será Bonito translates as “tomorrow will be beautiful” and the Latin superstar told The Rolling Stone she opted for that title because she kept coming back to this phrase during a low point in her life.
“The name of the album is a phrase I kept repeating to myself when nothing felt great. I mean, I was going through the best moment of my career, but personally, I was really disconnected from myself and from my friends. I wasn’t unhappy, but I wasn’t happy either,” explained Karol G.
