Releasing ten studio album is a huge milestone for any band, and Jimmy Eat World will be reaching it soon. Their new record Surviving is coming our way next month, and it will be followed by a North American tour.

The band’s lead vocalist Jim Adkins released an official statement telling fans what to expect from this record, and judging by his words this is shaping up to be their most personal and ambitious studio effort so far.

Surviving explores some of the different kinds of weights my ego tells me I have to carry, what I see people around me choosing to carry and what I have found to be the truth when I choose to let go,” said Adkins.

This album will be out on October 18th, and the official tracklist features a total of ten songs, including the lead single “All The Way (Stay)”. Jimmy Eat World will support its release with a tour across North America, kicking off on November 2nd with a concert at Washington’s in Fort Collins, Colorado.
