Drake has been everywhere this year, breaking records left and right and dropping one hit single after another. 2018 has really been his year, so it doesn’t come as a surprise he made it to the top of Billboard’s annual Hot 100 chart, with “God’s Plan.”

As if that wasn’t enough, this award-winning single appeared on a few more year-end charts. It topped the list of streaming songs, on-demand songs, hot R&B/hip-hop songs, R&B/hip-hop streaming songs and rhythmic songs. Drake’s meme-worthy track “In My Feelings” also made it to top 10.

the Canadian singer was followed by Ed Sheeran who took the second spot with his romantic ballad “Perfect.” Bebe Rexha and Florida Georgia Line made it to the third place with their country anthem Meant To Be.
