Drake and Future gave us another amazing collaboration this year with “Life is Good” and people have been listening to it all year long. The music video for this song has been so popular that it made it to the top of YouTube’s list of top music videos of 2020.

This doesn’t come us much of a surprise because “Life is Good” happens to be the only music video to cross the billion-view mark in 2020. The song, released on January 10th, is taken from Future’s latest album High Off Life, and it peaked at no. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Tekashi 6ix9ine took the no. 2 spot with “Gooba”, while Lil Baby and 42 Dugg came in third with their collaboration “We Paid”. Hip-hop artists, including DaBaby, Roddy Ricch, and Cardi B, ruled the rest of the list of most popular music videos of the year.

It’s important to note that this list is based on the views in the U.S. and doesn’t include some of the music videos that found enormous success on a global scale. K-pop, in particular, experienced a huge boom in 2020, and Blackpink and BTS both released music videos that crossed the 600 million mark on YouTube.
