Coldplay’s new album Everyday Life is out and they took a trip around the world in an amazing music video for the titular single from this album.

The touching video for the track opens with narration that provides an explanation of the South African term Ubuntu, which literally translates as “humanity.”

“One hand washes the other; so the one hand does need the other hand to be clean… That is Ubuntu. To help others – your brothers, your sisters, even when they are strangers and you don’t know them, you are supposed to help them,” says the narrator at the very beginning of the video.

We later get to see Chris Martin performing the song on a sun-kissed beach alongside the rest of his bandmates. Their performance is intercepted by visually stunning clips, filmed in South Africa, Morocco, and Ukraine.

Coldplay’s new double album came out on November 22nd and featured two parts, titled Sunrise and Sunset. The band previously released several singles from this record, including “Orphans” and “Arabesque”.
