If you don’t have TikTok, you won’t be able to rock with Coldplay. The British band is set to play a special concert next Monday (May 24th), with the performance being exclusively live-streamed on this popular social media.

The concert is part of the group’s contribution to Red Nose Day USA. This is an annual campaign aiming to end child poverty by supporting programs that address “both the immediate needs of children in poverty while fostering long-term change.”

Coldplay will play a four-song set from their London studio and simultaneously broadcast it on their official TikTok profile. The band is extremely popular among TikTok users, who used their latest single “Higher Power” as a soundtrack for more than 123,000 short videos featured on the platform.

You can check out more details about Coldplay’s TikTok concert below.

“Red Nose Day do amazing things around the world to keep children safe, healthy, educated, and empowered,” said Coldplay’s frontman Chris Martin in a press release. “We’re really happy to be able to support their work with this performance.”

Before the TikTok concert, Coldplay will take part in another Livestream event. The group will be part of Glastonbury’s Live At Worthy Farm on May 22nd and May 23rd, which serves as a substitute for the canceled 2021 edition of the festival.

Coldplay is currently working on a new album, which will follow the Grammy-nominated Everyday Life from 2019. The previously mentioned track “Higher Power” serves as the first single from the album.
