It’s been a few months since Breaking Benjamin announced their plan to drop a new acoustic album, and we finally know more about this record. Members of the beloved hard rock band recently shared the title, release date, and tracklist of this promising album.
Aurora is coming our way on January 24th, and it will feature acoustic versions of band’s biggest hits and a new track titled “Far Away.” Special guests joined Breaking Benjamin in the studio to record these new renditions, including Scooter Ward of Cold and Spencer Chamberlain of Underoath.
Breaking Benjamin is dedicating this album to their loyal fans, who’ve been there for them through both dark and euphoric times, and shared a unique emotional connection with the band throughout it all.
“This
album is a celebration of our incredible fans; for those who have been there
since hearing ‘So Cold’ for the first time in 2004, and the new ones who have
joined us on this amazing journey along the way,” said band’s frontman Ben
Burnley.
Breaking Benjamin will promote the release of their new album during a joint tour with Korn, which kicks off at Allentown, Pennsylvania on January 23rd.
