Beyoncé’s self-titled album celebrated its tenth anniversary this week, and the R&B superstar came up with a special way to mark the occasion. The album’s bonus track “Grown Woman” has finally been released to streaming platforms, ten years after it originally hit the shelves.

“Grown Woman” was originally released as a bonus video featured on the visual album Beyoncé in 2013. It became somewhat of a rare gem in the years to come because Queen B never released an official audio counterpart.

She finally decided to right that wrong on the tenth anniversary of Beyoncé and prepared a special treat for her fans. “Grown Woman” has finally been released to streaming platforms, and its journey to get there has been pretty long.

After releasing a visual counterpart of her fifth album Beyoncé, the singer celebrated its first anniversary by dropping the “Grown Woman” visual on YouTube. The video featured footage of the young Beyoncé performing and rehearsing in her childhood home and amassed 145 million views in the years to come.

The singer’s self-titled album Beyoncé was released on December 13, 2013, and it produced some of her biggest hits, including “Drunk in Love” and “Pretty Hurts”.
