This edition of our list of best new songs of the week is all about girl power.

The week has been packed with exciting releases from female acts, but we were most surprised with Dua Lipa breaking the silence on her highly anticipated second studio album. Lipa decided to give us a first glimpse into her upcoming record by sharing a catchy single, “Don’t Start Now.”

HAIM is also back, this time with synth-filled, dance-friendly “Now I’m In It,” while Alessia Cara teamed up with Bastille for “Another Place.”

Also on our list of best new songs of the week: Sigrid, Sigala & Ella Henderson, Lola Young, and many more.
