Although January was a bit quieter than we expected, the end of the month got us numerous great tunes that were looking to enter our list of best new songs of the week.

Outkast’s Big Boi teamed up with Sleepy Brown for a lit new single “Doin’ It,” while Australian electronic duo Empire of the Sun presented “Chrysalis,” an awesome new track from their celebratory album Walking on a Dream: 10th Anniversary.

American rockers Interpol also treated us with a no-album single “Fine Mess,” and contributed to the diversity of our best new songs of the week list which also has Peter Doherty & The Puta Madres, Billie Eilish, Fredo and many more.
