We didn’t think we’d say this anytime soon, but guess what? Will Smith is back with some new music. To tell the truth, it isn’t a complete track, but it’s better than nothing considering he hasn’t put a rap song out since 2005.

The 49-year-old actor and musician recently posted a video on his YouTube channel titled “Messing around in the studio…” The video contains a portion of the track, presumably titled “To the Clique,” in which Smith raps about a handful of topics including Fresh Prince, Rihanna, his rumored divorce from Jada Pinkett-Smith and much more.

“At my peak, I was doing a television show, a movie, and an album every year. Churning out that kind of creativity … what happens is you get to a point where you get empty,” Smith explains before he steps in front of the mic. “So I’m excited, I’m re-energized and I’m creating wildly like I used to. I got the beast back.”

Will Smith released his last album, Lost and Found, way back in 2005. The album received mixed reviews from critics but was overall described as pleasurable listen. It peaked at number six on the US Billboard 200 while making the top 20 on the UK Albums Chart.
