Rumors of Miley Cryus appearing in an episode of Black Mirror have been circulating for quite some now. Earlier this week, these rumors were confirmed when the season 5 trailer dropped and Miley was indeed a part of the cast.

We may be jumping the gun here, but it looks like Miley’s story will be a darker and more twisted take on Hannah Montana. The pop star is seen in a purple wig moments after being filmed with her natural girl-next-door hair and a worried expression.
One fan tweeted: “OMG look @ Miley. I’m so excited for Black Mirror. This is about to be it. She is back.”
Another shared our thoughts and supposed: “I have a feeling that Miley’s episode on Black Mirror is a darker version of Hannah Montana.”
All we can do now is wait to see what Miley’s exact involvement will be. Fortunately, we only have to wait until June 5 to find out.
