Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga are joining forces once again. The duo is plotting a new collaborative album Love for Sale, which is set for release on October 1st. The record will follow their 2014 joint studio effort Cheek to Cheek.

According to the press release, the new album will be exclusively comprised of songs written by legendary composer and songwriter Cole Porter. It will see Bennett and Gaga share the spotlight with a handful of solo performances alongside their duets.

The news was also confirmed on Bennett’s social media.

Gaga also went on social media to announce the project while revealing that Bennett approached her with the idea of making a collaborative album to celebrate Porter on the day they released Cheek to Cheek.

The first single from Love for Sale is 1934’s track “I Get a Kick Out of You”, which first appeared in the Broadway musical Anything Goes. The song was later recorded by several notable music artists, including Ella Fitzgerald and Frank Sinatra.

You can hear Bennett and Gaga’s version of “I Get a Kick Out of You” below.

Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga will perform this and a handful of other new songs when they reunite on stage for two shows at New York City’s Radio City Music Hall. These performances are billed as the duo’s final shows together as Bennett is retiring from recording and performing due to Alzheimer’s Disease.
