If you prefer the way The Rolling Stones sound live compared to a studio setting, then we have some great news for you. The legendary rockers just announced they are releasing a live version of their latest album, Hackney Diamonds. Well, sort of.

Titled Hackney Diamonds Live Deluxe, the release will come as a double CD. The first CD will contain the original album, while the second CD will come with live tracks from the band’s surprise show at Racket NYC in October.

The Rolling Stones played a seven-song set at Racket NYC as part of the launch event for the new album. The gig featured live debuts of Hackney Diamonds songs “Angry,” ”Whole Wide World,” “Bite My Head Off,” and “Sweet Sounds of Heaven,” with Lady Gaga joining the band for the performance of the latter. It also saw the band playing classic tracks “Shattered,” “Tumbling Dice,” and “Jumpin Jack Flash.”

Hackney Diamonds Live Deluxe will officially be out on December 15, available as a limited edition physical copy as well as digital version.

The Rolling Stones will also give fans an opportunity to hear them live in person in the first half of 2024. The group recently announced a tour, which will see them playing 19 shows across North America between April and July.
