The Offspring really kept their fans waiting for their next studio album, but they finally shared some exciting news from the studio. The punk legends are almost done recording their tenth studio effort, and they really had a blast working on new songs.

According to the band’s frontman Dexter Holland, they had an amazing time collaborating with producer Bob Rock, who really got the best out of them, and it’s just a matter of time before their new album hits the shelves.

“Save for a few small things, we’re pretty much wrapped and excited to get these tunes out there. We have a lot of really fast stuff on there, plus a couple of things that you might not really expect from us,” said Holland in a press release.

Band’s tenth studio album still doesn’t have an official title or a release date, but it was a long time coming. The Offspring hasn’t dropped an album since 2012 when their latest LP Days Go By hit the shelves.
