The Cure has kicked off another “final tour” with a gloriously goth show in Sydney, Australia. The band is on tour to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their wonderfully gloomy record Disintegration.

Fans were treated to a set full of classics and a few surprise live debuts. As fans hoped, they opened their set with the epic “Painsong” and then breezed through the rest of Disintegration.

Taking to the stage at Sydney’s Vivid LIVE festival last night (May 25), The Cure played a set packed full of classics, deep cuts, and a number of live debuts. They exceeded all expectations when they treated the crowd to not just one or two encores, but eight. These included a cover of Wendy Waldman’s “Pirate Ships” and several back-catalog B-sides to delight hardcore fans.

You can check out the deliciously gothic setlist below.

“Plainsong”
