Taylor Swift latest surprise performance honored  the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots.

The pop icon joined the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the 1969 Stonewall uprising with a special performance at the Stonewall Inn in New York’s Greenwich Village Friday night.

The impromptu Pride Month performance follows the Grammy winner’s new pride related single “You Need to Calm Down.”

Swift was introduced to the stage by Modern Family star Jesse Tyler Ferguson who then joined her for a super cute duet of “Shake It Off.”

“I heard that this is Jesse’s favorite song to do at karaoke. So if there’s anything you feel like you want to jump in on, if there’s like, your part that you’re really good at, then, just sing, dance, just be yourself. This is a really safe space,” Swift said.

“I’m so happy I don’t have to keep this secret any longer,” Ferguson tweeted after the special moment. “Look who came to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Stonewall at the Stonewall Inn. @taylorswift13, you are a gem. Thank you for everything you do for the LGBTQ community. We heart you!”

Swift’s upcoming album, Lover, is scheduled to drop August 23.
