Taylor Swift gave us one of her most iconic songs with “Look What You Made Me Do”, and she came up with an interesting way to share its re-recording with the world. The new version of this beloved smash hit was featured in the teaser trailer for Amazon’s series Wilderness.

Wilderness stars Jenna Coleman and Oliver Jackson-Cohen as a young British couple traveling across North America, and it explores the themes of betrayal and revenge—just like “Look What You Made Me Do”. That makes this song the best possible choice for the teaser trailer, and its lyrics perfectly capture everything that’s happening on the screen.

This isn’t the first time Swift previewed one of the re-recorded tracks from her album Reputation in an Amazon Prime Video series. “Delicate (Taylor’s Version)” was previously featured on The Summer I Turned Pretty – despite the fact Swift hasn’t even announced Reputation (Taylor’s Version) yet.

The singer is currently busy promoting 1989 (Taylor’s Version), set to be released on October 27, nine years after the original album saw the light of day. She previously dropped new versions of “Wildest Dreams” and “This Love”, but we’re still waiting for re-recording of its biggest hits, such as “Blank Space”, “Shake It Off”, and “Bad Blood”.
