Spotify’s Year-End Chart-Toppers are Post Malone and Billie Eilish

Spotify’s decade-end and year-end charts were posted on December 2 and at the top of the year-end chart were Post Malone and Billie Eilish.

Post Malone was the most-streamed artist in 2019, with over 6.5 billion streams worldwide. Also making the list was Billie Eilish, Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran, and Bad Bunny.

The most-streamed album of the year was Billie Eilish’s When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?. Post Malone’s Hollywood’s Bleeding, Ariana Grande’s thank u, next, Ed Sheeran’s 6 Collaborations Project, and Shawn Mendes’ Shawn Mendes also made the list.

With over 1 billion streams this year, the most-streamed song was Shawn Mendes and Camilla Cabello’s “Señorita.” Billie Eilish’s “Bad Guy” came in a close second with over 990 million streams. “Sunflower” by Post Malone and Swae Lee, “7 Rings” by Ariana Grande, and “Old Town Road – Remix” by Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus were included on the list.
