Good things are worth the wait, and Selena Gomez’s next album is definitely one of them. It’s been almost five years since her last record hit the shelves, and its follow-up finally has an official release date.

The singer’s third studio album comes with a working title SG2 and we’ll have to wait until January 10th, 2020 to hear it in full. Gomez also shared a temporary cover art featuring a series of her old black and white photos, but it’s just a placeholder – just like the title.

Gomez dropped her last album, Revival, back in 2015, but she hasn’t been out of the studio for the entire time. She collaborated with several famous artists, including Marshmello and Kygo, before starting to work on her own music.

She finally made her highly-anticipated comeback about a month ago, when she dropped two new singles “Lose You to Love Me” and “Look at Her Now”. The first song made it to no. 1 on Billboard Hot 100 chart, becoming Gomez’s first track to ever accomplish this feat.
