Selena Gomez really kept her fans waiting for her next album, but the wait is finally over! The former Disney star recently revealed that she’s done recording her third studio album.
Gomez is currently busy promoting her new movie The Dead Don’t Die, but that didn’t stop Jimmy Fallon from asking her if her new album is coming out anytime soon.
“I’m actually done. I have to do a few finishing things with it, but I’m just relieved. It took me four years now to even feel at a good place with this album,” said the young singer.
Selena Gomez also promised she’s going back to her signature pop sound, but she’s also been experimenting with electric guitar and prepared a series of soulful tracks.
Her last album Revival came out all the way back in 2015, but she’s been keeping busy in the meantime. In addition to collaborating with Kygo, Marshmello and Gucci Mane, she also dropped solo singles “Bad Liar” and “Back To You”.
