The French synth-pop band is telling its music-making story in a forthcoming book.

The book titled Phoenix: Liberté, Égalité, Phoenix! coincides with several important anniversaries for the band including its 30th anniversary, the 20th anniversary of their debut Untitled and the 10th anniversary of their breakthrough Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix.

The book is described as a “superfan’s chronicle of the evolution of a band.” Written by The Guardian deputy music editor Laura Snapes, it will feature original interviews and will also draw on the members’ personal archives.

Guitarist and keyboard player Laurent Brancowitz, singer Thomas Mars, bassist Deck d’Arcy and guitarist Christian Mazzalai’s latest album was 2017’s Ti Amo.

Phoenix: Liberté, Égalité, Phoenix! is due out October 15.
