Members of NSYNC delivered a pleasant surprise when they reunited at the MTV VMAs stage, and it turns out they were there for a pretty good reason. Just a day after their appearance, the boy band teased the release of their first song in over two decades, set to be released as a part of the Trolls Band Together soundtrack.

NSYNC officially confirmed their reunion in a recently released Trolls Band Together trailer, but they’ve actually been teasing it for quite some time. Posters for the animated threequel recently popped up all over New York and fans noticed they’ve featured the first letter of the NSYNC logo.

Posters also featured a QR code which leads to a website TakeYouToABetterPlace.com—and “Better Place” just happens to be the title of their new single! They gave us a taste of things to come in a new trailer for Trolls Band Together, while the full song will be released on September 29.

Joey Fatone, Lance Bass, Justin Timberlake, JC Chasez, and Chris Kirkpatrick performed together as NSYNC during the 90s and early 2000s before going their separate ways. “Better Place” will mark their first song together since the release of their fourth and final studio album Celebrity in 2001.
