Appearing on Late Night with Seth Meyers this week, the singer and Oasis member, Noel Gallagher made a surprising comment. Looks like he intends to sell his rights to the successful band’s masters when he’ll get his hands on them. The rights are supposed to go back to him in four or five years and Gallagher says he intends to sell them to the highest bidder.

What will Gallagher do with all the money? According to him, he will buy a plane, a yacht, a chimp with a top hat and a rocket – but he was probably joking. “Trust me, I will be selling mine to the highest bidder. Well, what am I going to keep them for? So my kids can benefit? Nah,” said the singer.

He was also asked if an Oasis reunion is possible in the future. “I sincerely hope not”, said Gallagher crunching any hopes the fans had. This reaction is not so surprising giving the years-long and clearly public feud between brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher. Noel recently labeled Liam’s solo music as “unsophisticated music for unsophisticated people by an unsophisticated man”.
