Nicki Minaj is doing a great job teasing her upcoming album Pink Friday 2, and she gave us a taste of things to come with another new song. “For All the Barbz” is the rapper’s love letter to her fans, and it features verses from fellow rappers Drake and Chief Keef.

Minaj was one of the artists expected to be featured on Drake’s new album For All the Dogs, and her fans were shocked to see her missing from the tracklist. It eventually turned out that Drake and Minaj were working on something after all, and “For All the Barbz” hit the shelves just two weeks after the release of Drake’s new album.

The freestyle in “For All the Barbz” sees Minaj taking aim at other rappers who followed in her footsteps, many of whom she collaborated with in the past. The line VMAs was a family reunion / First time in a while I seen all of my sons” makes it pretty clear she’s referring to Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion, and Ice Spice.

Mina’s next album Pink Friday 2 will hit the shelves on November 17, and it will feature previously released singles “Last Time I Saw You” and “Super Freaky Girl”, which became the first solo female rap song to debut atop the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the 21st century.
