Marshmello is the latest artist who’ll be happy enough to call Las Vegas his new home. The EDM sensation signed massive $60 million residency deal with one of the most exclusive clubs in Sin City.

Marshmello signed up for a two-year engagement at KAOS Dayclub and Nightclub at the Palms Casino Resort. This property recently underwent a pricey renovation, and it will open to the public on April 4, with Travis Scott, Cardi B, Alicia Keys and more performing over its launch weekend.

News of Marshmello’s exclusive deal with KAOS has been announced by his manager Moe Shalizi, who couldn’t wait to share it with the public. “To be part of this legacy’s newest chapter is an honor. Not many other dayclubs and nightclubs in the world can compare to the amount of detail, quality and craftsmanship that have went into KAOS,” said Shalizi.

Marshmello isn’t the only artist to land a residency at KAOS. He’ll join rapper Southside and DJs Jauz and Slushii, who previously signed deals with this nightclub.
