Little Mix fans from the land down under were looking forward to seeing them live in December, but this won’t be happening after all. The British pop group was forced to cancel a series of tour dates in Australia and New Zealand.

Members of Little Mix shared the sad news with their fans on social media and explained why they won’t be making it to Australia after all.

“We are so sorry for disappointing our fans who were coming to the shows. This is not a decision we’ve taken lightly but we have to use this time to focus on recording new music,” read the official statement released by the band.

The Australian leg of their LM5: The Tour was supposed to take place between December 7th and 19th. This isn’t the first time they were forced to postpone their trip to this continent. Back in June, the Australian tour dates were delayed for the first time due to the release of their new single “Bounce Back.”

After this cancelation, LM5: The Tour will conclude with the show at London’s O2 Arena on November 22nd.
