Jonas Brothers were musical guests on the latest episode of Saturday Night Live and their performance was full of surprises. After giving us the first live performance of their new single “Waffle House”, the trios also debuted a brand-new song “Walls”.

“Waffle House” was released as the second single from the band’s upcoming LP The Album just a day before their SNL performance, and it was inspired by the waffle house hangouts in their youth.

“‘Waffle House’ was born from a simple but powerful idea: When you sit down with the people that matter most, anything is possible. This song isn’t about a restaurant, it’s about coming together with the people you love and making your dreams come true,” Jonas Brothers explained in a statement.

Seeing JoBros perform “Waffle House” on SNL wasn’t a huge shocker, but their second performance was a different story. Most people expected them to perform their recent single “Wings”, but they decided to go in a different direction and debuted a new song “Walls” alongside Jon Bellion and a full choir.

Both songs will be featured on the trio’s sixth studio album The Album. It will be released on May 12 via Republic Records and its standard edition will feature a total of 12 tracks.
