Our favorite artists are bringing some joy into our lives with the “Together at Home” challenge, and John Legend is the latest star to join in. In addition to performing some amazing songs, the EGOT winner also used his live set to teas his upcoming album.
Legend recognized the fact we all desperately need things to entertain us while we stay at home, so he decided to put some new music out this year, but it’s still unclear how long it will take for us to hear it.
“We’re going to release some music. I don’t know what the schedule’s going to be like, we’re just going to start putting stuff out. We’re in the process of mixing a lot of the stuff on the record. Luckily, I already wrote and recorded most of it,” said Legend on Instagram.
The “Together at Home” series was started by Chris Martin who invited other artists to join in and stream their performances live from home. John Legend’s set featured an appearance from his wife Chrissy Teigen and daughter Luna, and he challenged Miguel and Charlie Puth to take part.
