Jack Black created quite a commotion with the viral hit “Peaches” from The Super Mario Bros. Movie, and its popularity isn’t fading away. The famous actor and musician performed a fun new rendition of this song alongside the Jonas Brothers during their recent concert in Brooklyn.

“Peaches” was performed by Black’s character Bowser in The Super Mario Bros. Movie, and he used it to express his love for Princess Peach. The song became a surprise hit following the film’s release, and it became Black’s first solo single on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, in addition to charting in Canada, the UK, and Australia.

Black delivered his first live performance of “Peaches” during the Jonas Brothers’ recent concert in Brooklyn, which is a part of their ongoing of Five Albums. One Night. The World Tour. He hit the stage dressed in a green tracksuit and red mohawk, just like his character Bowser in the film, and dedicated his performance to his “one and only true love, Princess Peach” and his “good friends, the Jonas Brothers”.

Earlier this week, “Peaches” received a nod for the best original song at the upcoming Golden Globe Awards. It will be eligible in the same category at the 96th Academy Awards, but we’re yet to see if it’ll receive a nomination.
