It’s been a few weeks since Hozier dropped his latest EP Eat Your Young, but music videos for its songs are still pouring in. The emotional video for “All Things End” is here, and it sees the singer heading to ER for life-threatening surgery.

The video opens with Hozier on an operating table, surrounded by people in scrubs, while undergoing heart surgery. The visual perfectly captures the song’s theme about the finite nature of things, but the atmosphere shifts in the second half when the doctors break into an elaborate dance routine.

This moving visual was directed by Jared Asher Harris and choreographed by Jillian Meyers, and Hozier thanked them for bringing his vision to life.

“I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for bringing her talent and vision to my music both now and in the past. I want to offer a sincere thanks also to our dancers and an enormous thanks to our wonderful director Jared Asher Harris for his vision,” said Hozier on Instagram.

“All Things End” was released as one of three songs on Hozier’s EP Eat Your Young on March 17. The Irish singer announced his upcoming Unreal Earth Tour around the same time and said he’s planning to drop a full album this summer.
