Fans Rage as Paul McCartney Tickets Sell Out Within Seconds

Paul McCartney’s fans are fuming after tickets for his UK tour sold out within seconds.

McCartney is schedule to play three UK tour dates in Liverpool, London and Glawsgow to support his new album Egypt Station.

Tickets were set to go on sale at 10am, but fans claimed that despite waiting at their laptops since 9am, they were unable to get tickets. The second they got through to the purchase page, tickets were apparently “sold out.”

Vibe Tickets publicly expressed their irritation at the recurring issue: “Paul McCartney tickets went on sale at 10AM this morning, 3 dates Glasgow, Liverpool, London,” they said. “Fans have been on Ticketmaster and AXS since 10, and are left empty-handed. The same old story! This has to change!”

Disappointed fans took to social media to share their outrage. They felt particularly disappointed that after the official tickets had sold out, plenty became available on Viagogo immediately.

One fan shared their anger on Twitter: “Been waiting since 9.30 to get @PaulMcCartney tickets as soon as it turned 10am all tickets had gone.”

Another said: “Maddening! How is this right? None available to fans at 10am on the official @TicketmasterUK & ASX_UK sites yet plenty available immediately on viagogo. What a complete racket!”

“Absolutely disgusting. @PaulMcCartney tickets seemingly “sold out” at 10:01, loads on Viagogo by 10:02 though and look how many are there by 10:28,” said another.
