The Brit Awards are just around the corner and we finally know who’ll be competing for this prestigious honor in 2019. The list of nominees is here, and Dua Lipa, Anne-Marie, and Jess Glynne are leading the way with four nods each.

Anne-Marie is the only member of this trio who accomplished this success thanks to her solo projects. She received nods for best British album of the year, female solo artist, single of the year and video of the year thanks to her hit song “2002”.

Dua Lipa, last year’s recipient of best female solo artist award, will be competing against herself in two categories – British single and video of the year. She received these nods thanks to her solo single “IDGAF” and Calvin Harris collaboration “One Kiss”.

Jess Glynne will also go against herself in the best single category – she received two nods, thanks to the songs “I’ll Be There” and “These Days”. She’s also in the running for the best female solo artist and video of the year.

The 2019 Brit Awards will take place on February 20th, with Jack Whitehall coming back to host for the second time.
