Demi Lovato Cancels More Concerts Following Hospitalization

Last week’s Demi Lovato concerts have been cancelled following the singer’s hospitalization.

Lovato was rushed to the hospital this Tuesday for a drug-related medical emergency. Following this incident, scheduled concerts were canceled last week, including her slot at Atlantic City Beachfest in New Jersey and performance at Toronto’s RBCxMusic benefit concert.

“Demi’s Atlantic City appearance on 7/26 has been canceled in light of today’s news,” organizers announced on Twitter.

“Tix will be valid to attend the Lauv performance on 7/26 along w/ The Chainsmokers show on 7/29 as part of the AC BeachFest Concert Series. Alternatively, refunds will be made available.”

The good news is that Lovato is now awake and in recovery. Her spokesperson released the following statement:
